I believe wellbeing is something we can cultivate before we reach the point of exhaustion, overwhelm, or burnout. It lives in the small, consistent practices that help us stay connected to our bodies, regulate our nervous systems, and meet everyday life with greater steadiness.
My work sits at the intersection of ancient breath and yoga practices, anatomical and trauma-informed training, and modern nervous system science — grounded in tradition, while remaining genuinely curious about how and why these practices work.
My path to this work began in the mountains, where breath became more than something we simply do. In moments of altitude, exertion, uncertainty, or fear, the breath can become the difference between panic and presence — a steady anchor when everything else feels less certain.
I bring that same principle into everyday life.
Through yoga, pranayama, breathwork, spine-conscious movement, and personalised 1:1 work, I create space to slow down, reconnect and develop a more conscious relationship with your body, breath and inner world. Sometimes that means building resilience. Sometimes it means learning to rest. Sometimes it simply means remembering to breathe.
At the centre of it all is a belief in heart-centred living: staying connected to what matters, listening to what your body is telling you, and creating the space to respond to life rather than simply react to it.
Your breath is always with you. It can become your anchor — steady, grounding, and accessible wherever life takes you.

Not Sure Where to Start? Let's Talk First.
Free · 30 minutes
If you're not sure which path is right for you — or just want to feel out whether we're a good fit before committing to anything — this call is for that. We'll talk through what's going on for you right now, what you're hoping to feel different, and I'll help you figure out the next right step, whether that's one of the programs below or something else entirely. No pitch, no pressure — just a conversation.
I believe in collaboration over hierarchy, presence over performance, and care over fixing.
Every session — group or private — is held with a trauma-aware, non-performative approach. There is nothing you need to prove, achieve, or push through. Instead, you are invited to listen, explore, and work with your body and breath at a pace that feels right for you.
I don't believe there is one practice that fits everyone. Your needs can change from day to day, and our work can meet you there — sometimes through movement, sometimes through breath, sometimes through stillness, rest, or simply creating space to pause.
Whether you're looking for a weekly class to reconnect and reset, a private session for more personalised support, or a workshop or community gathering to explore something more deeply, there is always a place to begin.
Come as you are. We start from there.

Breath Freedom was born in the mountains
Life has a way of surprising us — and over time, I've learned to welcome both the beautiful and the difficult. Every turn has taught me something about strength, gratitude, and my own potential.
With love, support, and a quiet determination to build a life here in Switzerland for myself and my daughters, I learned to move forward one breath at a time.
Here, among the mountains, I discovered a deep sense of freedom and healing. Nature became a reminder that we can choose how we live, how we breathe, and how we find our way back to ourselves. And no matter how far our journey takes us, there is always a moment of returning — reconnecting with the place inside that feels like home.
That returning became something I wanted to share. Breath Freedom grew out of those mountain lessons — breath as an anchor, movement as medicine, community as home — carried down from the trails and onto the mat, so others could find their own way back, too.
