Our collaboration was born from a shared curiosity —
to explore how the body, breath, and inner awareness can move us back into balance.
We first met in a contemporary dance class, drawn by a simple intention: to listen to the body, to move with music, and to explore expression beyond words. In that shared space of movement and presence, we immediately connected through common values and a deep respect for the body as a gateway to healing and self-understanding.
As our conversations deepened, we recognised how our personal journeys — though shaped by different paths — were guided by the same purpose. We learned that our lived experiences could be used in service of others, supporting people through stress, transition, and reconnection.
What unites us is a shared vision:
to offer grounded, gentle, and supportive practices that help people reconnect — physically, emotionally, and energetically. Our work bridges science and intuition, structure and softness, and always honours individual pace and lived experience.
Although we each specialise in different yet complementary modalities — breathwork and Reiki — our mission is the same. We believe in collaboration over hierarchy, presence over performance, and care over fixing.
Together, we hold a space that is non-performative and trauma-aware, where nothing needs to be forced or achieved. We walk beside you as you reconnect with your breath, body, and inner steadiness — so you can move through life in a way that feels genuinely your own.

My Philosophy
Life has a way of surprising us, and over time I’ve learned to welcome both the beautiful and the difficult. Every turn has taught me something about strength, gratitude, and my own potential.
Years ago, I suddenly found myself a single mother of two—but never truly alone. With love, support, and a quiet determination to build a life for us here in Switzerland, I learned to move forward one breath at a time.
Here among the mountains, I discovered a deep sense of freedom and healing. Nature became a reminder that we can choose how we live, breathe, and find our way back to ourselves. And no matter how far our journey takes us, there is always a moment of returning—of reconnecting with the place inside that feels like home.
My Yoga Journey
My path into yoga and breathwork began during a time when I was searching for steadiness—physically, emotionally, and mentally. What started as a personal practice soon became a source of deep clarity and healing. Through movement, stillness, and the simple intelligence of the breath, I began to understand how the body holds our stories and how the nervous system can guide us back to balance when we learn to listen. These practices helped me reconnect with myself in ways that felt both spiritual and beautifully practical: grounded in ancient wisdom, yet supported by modern science.
My Motivation
Breath Freedom was born from a simple but powerful intention: to help people feel better in their own bodies and lives. I’ve seen how easily we disconnect from ourselves—through stress, past experiences, or the pace of daily life—and how deeply the mind and nervous system respond when we’re finally given space to breathe again. My wish is to offer practices that support people in reconnecting with their inner world, easing the weight of old wounds, and navigating everyday stress with more clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. BreathFreedom is my way of creating a safe space for others to heal, grow, and come home to themselves.

My Philosophy
My work is grounded in a simple belief: when we gently return to the body and the breath, clarity begins to unfold on its own.
Rather than striving to fix or change ourselves, I value practices that invite listening, presence, and honesty. Through quiet attention to the body, breath, and inner awareness, we can reconnect with an innate sense of balance and steadiness that already exists within us. My philosophy is rooted in compassion, patience, and respect for each person’s inner rhythm—allowing ease and insight to emerge naturally, without force.
My Yoga Journey
My journey into yoga and meditation did not begin as a pursuit of mastery, but as a personal search for grounding and clarity alongside a demanding professional life.
Over time, embodied movement, meditation, and breath-based practices became ways of remembering what feels true—supporting both inner steadiness and practical presence in everyday life. Yoga gradually revealed itself not only as a physical practice, but as an integrated path that weaves together body awareness, breath, attention, and self-inquiry.
Through diverse and immersive experiences, my understanding of yoga has matured into a quiet, integrative practice—one that honours both ancient wisdom and the realities of modern life.
My Motivation
For many years, I worked in global organizational environments, supporting people through change, responsibility, and complexity. Alongside this work, I witnessed how easily we become disconnected from our bodies and inner signals under pressure.
My motivation today is to support people who carry a great deal—mentally, emotionally, or energetically—and are ready to meet themselves with more honesty and gentleness. I am especially drawn to creating spaces where people can slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with a sense of ease and inner steadiness that feels sustainable and true.
Within the BreathFreedom collaboration, I contribute a grounded and integrative presence, supporting participants in reconnecting with their inner rhythm and cultivating a compassionate relationship with themselves.
Professional Training & Certifications
