Breath Freedom operates as a sole enterprise under Swiss law.

Breath Freedom offers yoga classes, breathwork sessions, workshops, and related wellness services, both in-person and online.

All services are intended to support general well-being, self-awareness, and relaxation. They do not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

By participating in our offerings, you confirm that:

• You are physically and mentally able to take part
• You take full responsibility for your own well-being during sessions
• You will inform the teacher of any injuries, health conditions, pregnancy, or limitations before the session begins

Breath Freedom is not liable for injuries, health issues, or damages arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

If you are unsure whether a practice is suitable for you, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

• Bookings are binding once confirmed
• Payment must be completed according to the booking instructions provided
• Prices are listed in CHF unless stated otherwise
• Breath Freedom reserves the right to adjust prices and offerings at any time

Unless stated otherwise:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full
• Workshops, courses, or special events may have separate cancellation policies

Refunds are granted at the discretion of Breath Freedom, except where legally required.

Breath Freedom reserves the right to:

• Cancel or reschedule sessions if necessary
• Change teachers, locations, or formats
• Offer suitable alternatives or refunds where appropriate

For online offerings:

• Participants are responsible for a stable internet connection
• Breath Freedom is not liable for technical disruptions beyond reasonable control
• Session recordings (if provided) are for personal use only

All content provided by Breath Freedom — including texts, images, audio, videos, class materials, and website content — is protected by copyright.

Content may not be copied, distributed, recorded, or reused without prior written consent.

Participation in yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness practices is voluntary and at your own risk.

Breath Freedom accepts no liability for:

• Personal injury
• Loss or damage of personal belongings
• Indirect or consequential damages

This does not affect liability where exclusion is not permitted by Swiss law.
